Conference diner

The conference diner will be held on Wednesday 17th October in the Belgian Comic Strip Center, an exceptional Art nouveau home designed by Victor Horta. Spaces for the dinner are available to be booked during the registration process. Please note, there is an additional cost for this, and spaces are limited.

Social Programme

Social programme on Friday 19 October: 25 €

• 9:30 - 11:00: a visit to the Cantillon Brewery, beer tasting included 
• 11:00 - 13:00: a guided tour of Molenbeek 
• 13:00 - 14:00: lunch in Le Phare du Kanaal

If you are registered and you can't come in the end, please communicate in writing to ecocampus@vlaanderen.be. You can get 50 percent of the costs back by 1st October (to cover our costs). After 1st October you waive this right and the full cost will be retained. And of course, you can always be replaced by a colleague.

We warmly invite you to submit your workshop/presentation/poster proposal.
